* Owen Longden takes the trophy with the first ever under par total score. He does this on his first ever GO.

* Jon Blackshaw's total of 36 over makes it the first ever GO to have no N/R's. His 36 over would have seen him placed 6th in 2002 and 7th in 2001.

* Ben McGregor carded a total of 16 over for the 2003 GO. He finished 8th, second last. He would have shared the winnings in both 2001 and 2002.

* James Darwent has yet to lose in the Gentleman's Open team competitions.

* Tom Fisher carded the lowest ever Gross score for the GO at 15 over. He finished 7th.

* John Roberts cards three successive under par rounds, a GO record.

* The 43 shot difference between first and last place is the smallest ever for a GO tournament.

* Tom Fisher has the best average position of all the GO players who attended all three GO's - 4.3

* Sam Fletcher is the most consistantly placed GO player, finishing 4th, 4th and 5th.

* Roberts and Darwent are the only GO players who have attended all GO's and finished higher on the leaderboard each year.
